ABOUT ANA
“Be the change you want to see in the world.”
~Mahatma Gandhi
Everyone can think of quotes that inspire them. This one has become more than an inspiration for me — it is what I aspire to live by.
I am passionate about human potential, leadership development and cultures that flourish.
I believe all individuals deserve to work in an environment where they are valued, supported and challenged to reach their highest potential. That’s a tall order, I know, but I like to think of myself as a big dreamer and change agent who has spent many years in the international business arena, is equipped with knowledge and experience, and has what it takes to work with personalities of all types and get things done.
As a leadership and culture consultant, speaker and coach, I use my inner strength, determination, and passion for helping others to transform their lives and maximize their potential and strengths. I see what is below the surface and pull out what you may not realize is there.
I have worn many hats, among them executive, author, speaker, leadership expert, teacher, coach, researcher, mentor, and founder, and have won multiple awards for the various work I’ve done wearing those hats.
“Commit yourself to lifelong learning. The most valuable asset you’ll ever have is your mind and what you put into it.”
~Brian Tracy
My education and experience in adaptive leadership, behavioral science, adult development, and organizational development have made it possible for me to lead the transformation and empowerment of executives and teams worldwide through corporate training, development programs, virtual workshops, and coaching.
I have also created several mentoring and coaching programs and have spoken at (or worked with) organizations such as PayPal, Littler, NASA, Office Depot, First Data, ALPFA, National Association of Hispanic Nurses, World Maritime University, Georgia Tech, Florida Atlantic University, Florida International University, among others.
In addition, I am the founder of the Latina Leadership Collective, where I am dedicated to changing the narrative of Latina professionals and helping to move the representation needle by equipping Latinas to step into their power.
“When writing the story of your life, don’t let anyone else hold the pen.”

I was excited to fulfill another dream when I authored the bilingual children’s book series “ZeeZee Can | ZeeZee Puede,” which encourages children to dream big, take action, and make a difference. My second book, “ZeeZee Can Make the World Smile,” received an honorable mention at the 2021 International Latino Book Awards for Most Inspirational Children’s Picture Book.
After over 20 years of experience in international business, serving in my last role as the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience for a European multinational company in the maritime industry, I went back to school so I could have more impact in the community.
I was able to do this by graduating in 2021 from Harvard University with an MPA. I also have an MBA in International Business and a BS in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and have co-taught Leadership and Behavioral Organization at FAU’s MBA program. I have been a guest speaker and workshop leader in the school’s executive education programs and established the Future Latina Leaders Mentorship program.
My work with the Hispanic community has been recognized with the Latina of Influence distinction and the Everyday Hero Award nomination, and I have enjoyed presenting and moderating panels on marketing, customer experience, Hispanic – Latino – Latinx leadership and empowerment at events in the US and abroad.
I was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, and currently live in Wellington, Florida, with my husband, son, and puppy, ZeeZee, the inspiration and protagonist of my book series.
